How we handle your information.

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, event type, date, guest count, venue or city, and any vision or inspiration text you choose to share. We collect this because you typed it into the form to start a conversation about your event — nothing more.

We use what you share to:

• ◆Email you back about your event.
• ◆Plan and set up your decor if you book us.
• ◆Reach you on WhatsApp if you provided a phone number.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to any mailing list.

To run the website and reply to inquiries, we use:

• ◆Resend — our email-delivery provider — receives the contents of your inquiry so it can deliver the email to us. Resend privacy policy.
• ◆Google — our inbox (rivaazdecor@gmail.com) is hosted on Google Mail.
• ◆Vercel — our website is hosted with Vercel. Their server logs may briefly contain your IP address (used for rate-limiting and basic abuse prevention) and aggregate analytics about page views.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

We keep your inquiry emails for as long as we're in conversation with you about your event. After the event happens — or after you let us know you're not booking us — we keep the email for one more year as a record of work we've quoted, then delete it.

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and tracks general traffic patterns (referrers, devices, countries). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracking cookies.

You can ask us to:

• ◆See what we have on you.
• ◆Correct anything that's wrong.
• ◆Delete your information.

Email rivaazdecor@gmail.com to make any of these requests. We'll respond within 30 days.

This site is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please email us so we can delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on our homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect.
